Judge Cunningham is a devoted public servant who has served the citizens of Collier County for over twenty-five years. Judge Cunningham presides over County Criminal and Traffic cases as well as Mental Health Court and Veterans Treatment Court. She was appointed to the Collier County Court bench by Governor Ron DeSantis in July of 2024. Prior to joining the bench, she helped keep our community safe as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting some of Collier County’s most violent crimes.

Judge Cunningham will be on the ballot in August 2026 in County Judge Group #3 and she needs your support! Known for her integrity, fairness, and courage, Judge Cunningham exudes a love for the law, the Constitution, and our community. She looks forward to continuing to serve the citizens of Collier County.
